🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver across South Africa. However, because our products are oversized, delivery is more than just a drop-off; it is a coordinated logistical event.
1. Delivery Timelines
In-Stock Units: 0–15 business days.
Custom Builds: 4–8 weeks (depending on the complexity of the modification).
Note: Delays due to weather (high winds or heavy rain) may occur, as crane operations can become unsafe.
2. Site Preparation & Access (Crucial)
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
Access: The delivery vehicle (often an 8-ton or 12-ton truck with a crane) has a clear, firm path to the drop-off point.
Permits: Any local municipal permits or HOA approvals are secured prior to arrival.
Ground Surface: The area must be level and firm. We are not liable for trucks getting stuck on soft/unprepared ground.
3. Delivery Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the distance from our nearest depot and the type of crane required.
Failed Delivery: If a delivery cannot be completed due to poor site access or the customer not being present, a redelivery fee will be charged.
